Logline/Synopsis:

A Filipino migrant worker in the Middle East sends surreal, random, and found digital images of displacement and isolation to his family in the Pangasinan province of the northern Philippines.

The short experimental video combines images of a foreign country recorded using a mobile phone camera with found footage, experimental sound, and voice narration of Carlos Bulosan’s poem Landscape with Figures (1942) translated in the Pangasinan language.
